Route 18 redesign project back on track

   New Bedford celebrates small business success

Six New Bedford businesses were awarded for their success at the New Bedford Economic Development Council Third Annual Small Business Awards Dinner the held September 27 at the Hawthorne Country Club.  “We consider the annual awards dinner as a kind of graduation ceremony.   Businesses get NBEDC help adjusting to new insurance regulations

Beginning January 1, 2007, new insurance regulations take affect in Massachusetts. The New Bedford Economic Development Council together with La Pointe Insurance is offering help to business owners in preparation for the changes.
